Tasting:
$10 fee gets you a glass you get to keep. They have changed their tasting into a mini-tour plus tasting experience which is neat, but also takes a LONG time (they suggest 45-50 minutes...it is at least that). When you arrive, they pair you with a number of other people and start you on a tasting. Our group size was 13 people, and we spent over an hour tasting 5-6 wines. The positives are that you get to see a sliver of the winemaking and bottling process and taste among the barrels; the negatives are that it is a fixed tasting menu (no convincing them to taste special off-menu items) and that you only taste as quickly as your slowest (read: chattiest) taster in the group.

Recommended wine: Their Chardonnay is still quite good, but I think most of their wines are overpriced.
