Free tasting! V Sattui has a number of wines that they taste and rotate throughout the year. They have a huge wraparound tasting bar with probably 15-20 people pouring throughout the day and close to 40 wines available. They also have a full deli, which is really the reason to come to V Sattui. The wine is okay, but the food is top notch. I usually just go here to eat and take a break from tasting.

Recommended wine: The Off-Dry Reisling is actually very good, and great with lunch if you can't handle a short break from drinking. The Madeira Port is also very good (but has an annoying wax covered top that really makes you work to get at the wine!).

Good review. Our impression of the place was more negative than yours, but we didn't eat at the deli so maybe we would have felt differently. The Disney-like atmosphere really turned us off. Lots of tour buses so be ready for that if you stop.
